FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Show UpdateHow Long will the Show Last12-24-07 -- The Light Show will stay active until January 4th, 2008. The weekend of January 5th, 2008 we will be taking down the display and start prepping for the 4th of July show starting in February. Song selection for 4th of July has already begun and Christmas 2008 song selection will start in March 2008. New Engineering will start in May 2008 and plans are to bring Christmas 2008 online November 25th, 2008. People have contacted me about sponsoring my display. This year, I did not accept sponsors because I didn't know what kind of traffic I would get. But, the overwhelming responses has been great. If you have a business or services that you would like me to post on my website and you would like to donate to our display, please send me an email. I have the ability to advertise your service on this website and maybe make a broadcast over my FM transmission. Just for a little update. Several of you that I have talked to, said that you contacted the media. On December 20th and 21st, I was contacted by the Press-Telegram and they will be publishing a article on December 25th. Currently, there is are over 9000 lights on the display, synchronized to music and broadcasted over 89.1 FM. The transmission range is very limited, basically if you can see the display you should be able to hear it. Unfortunately, I don't have any outside speakers for walkups to listen. I did this on purpose for my neighbors, I did not want to have music playing real loud and disturbing them. So far I have no complaints from them, and I want to keep it that way. Please don't block driveways (you may block mine, but please move when we we're coming and going), don't honk, and give our neighbors the right-away.
